Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at info@elevatelife.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods. To expedite the process, we ask that you include photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item for verification purposes.
Return Process
Upon receiving your email and verifying the issue, we will provide you with a return address. To be eligible for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding freight costs), the items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. It is important that the items are returned in the condition in which they were received.
We take every precaution to pack your order securely, but we acknowledge that damage, particularly to glass items, can occur during transit.
